Ryan Doser sells AI consulting, monthly coaching and three products, and publishes his rates alongside the market ranges he compares them with1.

Best for: Owners and managers who want expert direction for a single decision or for setting up tools themselves, at a published hourly or monthly price.

Not the right fit for: Companies that want someone else to build and run the system.

The published rate card

  • Hourly, $500: one problem, one session and a plan the client carries out. He states that hourly work suits a single decision rather than ongoing implementation.
  • Monthly coaching, $999 a month: one 90-minute working call in which the setup is done together, plus a community and three products. He directs; the client works in its own accounts.
  • On-site day, from $5,000: a day with the team in the room1.

He sets these against market ranges he attributes to other publishers, such as $150 to $350 an hour for independent consultants and $2,000 to $5,000 a month for advisory retainers. Those ranges are secondary, and we have not used them as benchmarks elsewhere in this guide.

Published evidence

Ryan Doser publishes no client results on the page we read.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Every rate is published with what it covers.
  • The work stays in the client’s own accounts, so nothing is locked to the consultant.
  • He publishes the market ranges he compares himself against, with their sources named.

Limits

  • Direction only: the client does the implementation.
  • No fixed-price project or managed-service offer.
  • A single person, so capacity and continuity depend on one consultant.

Choose another option if: You need a team to build, integrate and maintain a system rather than advice to carry out yourself.

Pricing

Published: $500 an hour; $999 a month for coaching; on-site day from $5,000.

Questions to ask Ryan Doser

  • Which decisions are best handled in one hourly session?
  • What will our team need to do between coaching calls?
  • Who builds and maintains what we set up if it grows?
